Any meals not consumed cannot be canceled or recovered. Payment methods: The following payment methods are accepted: cash, checks, Bancomat, Visa, Cartasi and Mastercard. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer 3 days before the departure date. The room must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure, upon arrival the rooms will be available after 13:00. Cancellations: In case of cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. In case of cancellations from 14 to 5 days before the arrival date, the deposit is converted into a voucher valid until 30.09.2023. In case of cancellations from 5 to 0 days before the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. In case of cancellations related to the pandemic, the deposit is promptly refunded.
