We are a group of women who have always been activists. We fight plastic, injustice, pollution. We are obviously in favor of a sustainable style, just as our hospitality is sustainable.
Casa Alinella is located in the old city of Taranto, a few meters walk from the Doric Columns from the Aragonese Castle. In this historic village you will find the most characteristic folklore and traditions of the area, as well as a series of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy culinary specialties for all tastes!
On foot you can also reach the Cathedral of San Cataldo, the Martà National Museum, the Mudi Museum, the University, the Giovanni Paisiello Music Institute! In the area there are public buses that connect to the station and the new city.
Casa Alinella marries an environmental and social sustainability project. Above all, it wants to be a meeting place between citizens and tourists for an exchange of experiences and emotions lived intensely in close contact with the locals. We are happy to promote responsible tourism with a reduced environmental impact.
Casa Alinella is supported by a social promotion association made up of women who prefer slow, inclusive, responsible tourism with a low environmental impact, with environmentally friendly itineraries, food and wine events based on food at km 0, use of bicycles for displacements, reforestation and awareness-raising projects for the care and respect of the environment.
