Built following the principles of bio-architecture, the building favors the use of certified green building materials and construction techniques aimed at maximizing energy efficiency. This translates into the use of wood, clay, cork and raw earth, with the exclusion of synthetic insulating materials and the limited use of materials with a high environmental impact.
Equipped with an advanced ventilation system, the building ensures an air-conditioned and well-ventilated internal environment, reducing the accumulation of carbon dioxide and ensuring high air quality thanks to filtering and sanitization processes.
The atmosphere of the rooms is welcoming and reflects the local Sardinian tradition, with custom-made furnishings made by local artisans and artistic details characteristic of the area. The surrounding garden offers a peaceful environment and allows guests to fully enjoy nature.
The breakfast offered includes a variety of local products, such as jams, fruit juices, coffee, homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheeses and bread, completing the sustainable and authentic hospitality experience offered by Domu Bresca.
