Ideal for couples (or for 3 person) who are looking for the proximity, tranquility of nature and quality. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and micro is available.

The gravel area is "your" private terrace, to enjoy the sun or the breakfast or an aperitif. There is a dedicated parking to our guests just next to the staircase. Towels and bed linen (shower gel/soap) is included in the price.

The lush Mediterranean nature offers a variety of local plants and herbs in each and every month : wild lavender, elycriso, mirto, corbezzolo, ginepro, lentisco etc. to enjoy the smell of nature.
Its a silent and peaceful place with the proximity of the spectacular, crystal clean sea (Marinella beach, Cala Sabina, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci), granite mountains, artsy village of San Pantaleo, archaeological sites and endless beautiful bays of Costa Smeralda.

Location: North East Sardinia, few km from the coast, a small side road in the ever green country side. 10 min drive from the city of Olbia, 15 min drive from Marinella beach, 20 min drive from the famous beaches of Costa Smeralda, from San Pantaleo and 3 min drive (or a pleasant walk) from Sole Ruju Yoga and Holistic center.

Tourist Tax is payable upon arrival: 2,5 eur/person/day (obligation of Olbia municipality).

We are glad to welcome people and show the beauty of Sardinia, provide local tips and things to do and see. We live in the other side of the building, as well as our 2 lovely cats (Mirto and Pirata), but the guest suite is well separated.
Washing machine available upon request.
We change the bed-linen and towels in every 4 days.

Please note, that water is very precious in Sardinia. We have a bio septic system, we recycle all water for irrigation. To keep healthy this fragile system, please use ONLY the 100% biodegradable soap/shampoo products what we provide and do not through anything else (only pee& poo and 100% plastic free toilet paper) in the toilet.
We are very environment conscious, select the garbage according to the local rules (plastic, paper, glass&aluminium, compost and mixed waste).
Tap water is not suitable to drink in this area. The place might not be suitable for children (age bellow 12). No parties, no visitors. Since we have cats, we can not accept other pets.
Only pre-booked, registered guests can stay in the property. We kindly ask you to respect the house rules and handover the guest suite in the same condition and you received. In case of any damage, you need to cover its cost. Usual check in time is between 15:00 - 24.00, check out at 10:00.
Payment: 30% pre-payment is needed to validate the booking.
