In Vibonati, on a hill overlooking the sea, an ancient jazzo cilentano in 2004 was rediscovered by Amedeo who over the years has made it a place of existential and economic repositioning, leaving the city and starting a new life of urbanity overcoming the old city/countryside dichotomy.
From the Casale you can see the sea in the foreground and the view ranges from the medieval village of Vibonati along the Tyrrhenian Sea and up to Sicily on clear days. For this reason the two rooms are dedicated to the two volcanoes that cut each other on the horizon: Stromboli and Etna.
We have decided to offer hospitality to a few people at a time, dedicating ourselves to them in a special way: two rooms in a B&B and a mini-apartment.
The Stromboli and Etna rooms, bright with large French windows, independent from each other and both independent from the rest of the house, each with its own bathroom complete with all amenities and windows with mosquito nets.
Each room has a mini fridge with mini freezer and both overlook a terrace which is also panoramic and cooled by a large pergola of strawberry grapes. Each room is 20 square meters (and each bathroom 3 square meters) and can comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 people (a double bed with a bunk bed plus an added folding bed).
Both rooms have a sea view and face south, cool in summer and warm in winter, quiet and with independent heating guaranteed by a 1.80 m high wall radiator.
We also offer Casa Salina, a mini-apartment of 40 square meters plus two outdoor spaces, independent in Mediterranean style and fully equipped, sea view, independent and with private bathroom, complete with equipped kitchen and large panoramic terrace. For 4 people or a maximum of a family with 3 children.
Finally, in the nice seasons we dedicate a small agri-camping solution to those who travel slowly, to cyclists and walkers and to lovers who want to sleep under a cork tree among the vines and with a sea view in a real “nest” independent from the Casale.
The off-grid mini-bungalow is entirely made of wood, for two people with a panoramic terrace in bamboo canes and with a table, deckchairs, hammock on the tree and chairs.
External electricity and camping lights are supplied, with a solar lamp and very comfortable mattresses crowned by a canopy mosquito net.
The bathroom is separate from the Casina and is located 5 meters away and is the sole property of the Casina.
Linen and breakfast are included in the price and on request you can also book an organic dinner on the main terrace under the strawberry grape pergola.
