The view of the sea and the marina is a dream for this house in the heart of the Marina. It stands out for the perfect harmony between past and present: the spaces are those of the past, with high ceilings and large rooms; coatings and furnishings are new or well recovered.
It is located on the second floor of an ancient building, one of the first to be built on the seafront. We are in the heart of the small seaside village: a stone's throw from essential and leisure services.
The house consists of two bedrooms, double and twin, a living kitchen area with a single sofa bed, two bathrooms and a balcony furnished with chairs and a table.
Towels and sheets can be requested at the price of € 7 per person / change.
For stays in the months of July and August, the payment of the municipal tourist tax is excluded from the costs, which must be paid in cash at check-in. By regulation in the month of July the cost of the tax is 0.50 cents per adult for the first ten days, in August 1 euro per day for the first ten days. Children under 16 do not pay.
