The house was renovated in 2021 with the intention of receiving guests, everything is designed in a simple and easy to use way. A long pedestrian path allows you to take walks enjoying the view of the Canalbianco.
The house is a short walk from the center of Castelguglielmo, in a strategic position for visiting historic cities and places of great beauty.

2 floors: on p. on the ground floor there is an entrance hall with sofa and TV, kitchen with oven, cooker and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the first floor 2 bedrooms. Accommodates up to 4 people.

Recently renovated and very bright, it overlooks the Canalbianco.
The house was renovated in 2021 with the intention of receiving guests, everything is designed in a simple and easy to use way. Sustainable materials, natural lime and sand have been used for the restoration. No cement or chemicals.
The rooms are new, clean and tidy.
A long pedestrian path allows you to take walks enjoying the view of the Canalbianco, or reach the town center.
By bicycle it is possible to reach the PO or the Adige through a beautiful cycle path.
Still owned, but on the other side of the road, a small grove has been planted, thanks to the "centoboschi" project. About 30 native plants have been planted with the intention of making it a grove.
On request it is possible to have a cot for babies.
Guests have access to the entire house on 2 floors, there are no "common" or shared spaces, there are no other tenants or "upstairs" apartments. It is a very quiet but not isolated area, where you can enjoy relaxation and privacy.
In the double room there is a desk suitable for a laptop, study or writing.
Other things to keep in mind
Convenient to the highway, to the SS434 Transpolesana, in a strategic position to visit many historic cities and places of great natural beauty. You can quickly reach Padua, Ferrara, Verona, Lake Garda, Bologna, Venice, Mantua, Florence, reach the sea or the mountains.
A few km away there are 2 UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Fratta Polesine and Ferrara.
In Veneto there are 9 UNESCO sites, all of which can be reached quickly.
