Saliccioni is located 350 meters above sea level, nestled in the woods of the Pistoia Hills, 15 minutes from the center of Pistoia. It comprises 16 hectares of woodland (10 hectares), an olive grove (600 trees), meadows, an orchard, and a synergistic vegetable garden.
This place, where silence and the sounds of nature reign supreme, is ideal for reconnecting with oneself through total immersion in this unspoiled natural environment.
The 150 square meter apartment consists of two bedrooms, sleeping six, a bathroom and dressing room, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a large living room. The apartment opens onto a large porch overlooking a breathtaking view.
From here, in addition to the beautiful city of Pistoia, you can easily reach art cities like Florence, Lucca, and Pisa, or go hiking along the trails of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, which are also rich in rivers and streams like the Lima and the Reno, perfect for bathing and cooling off on hot summer days. For beach lovers, Versilia is just an hour away.
Our approach is inspired by the philosophy of permaculture, a harmonious collaboration between man and nature. In the winter, we heat ourselves with wood from our forest, we use natural products for personal hygiene and household cleaning, some of which are also homemade, and we don't have a TV or Wi-Fi, but we do have an internet connection.
Four-legged friends are, of course, welcome.
