17th Century Monastery
The 400-year-old monastery rebuilt to a modern holiday villa, situated in a panoramic location in the vast fields of Volterra and the Chianti.
The house provides shelter for up to 16 persons with 8 bedrooms with 11 beds, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 terraces and a veranda, 8 parkings, 2 TVs, Wifi Internet, 2 fireplaces, a traditional pizza oven and a large pool with 16 sunbeds and a ping pong table.
Excellent restaurants and trattorias nearby. Shops, post office, gasoline station, doctor 2 km. Shopping center 10 km. Hospital, railway station 20 km. Bus station 800 m. Airport Pisa 35 km. Thermal bath, with a warm outdoor pool and wellness facilities: 6 km. Close to many Tuscan cultural sites and hidden jewels.
The house is available the whole year round (with central heating). The minimum stay is 7 nights. The villa can be rented in whole for 12 to 16 persons or in part for 4 or 8 persons (out of season). The pool is open from May till October. Long term renters are welcome from October to April.
