The Podere is located on the Etruscan Coast, in Montescudaio, called one of the “più belli borghi d’Italia”. The farm is close to the River Cecina, river that gave its name to the project.

We are a small family project, the stereotyped dream of two persons living in the city and desiring to reconnect with nature to give a sense to the work they achieve on a daily basis.

Our project comes from the desire to respect what Nature can offer us and give it back in return.
We are aiming to Natural Agriculture.
This is a long path as the Nature becomes wild as soon as you stop conventional agriculture.
But Nature resilience is inspiring and teaches us something new every day.

We want to offer an hospitality where you can feel at home while enjoying the countryside.
Each apartment has all the necessary comfort to enjoy your stay.
The rooftop terrace is versatile and perfect for a breakfast, a yoga practice, a nap or a bbq.

We want to offer the good modernity has. We reject the idea that you could be cold or warm during your stay. However we follow health recommendations and our AC is limited to a certain temperature.

On request, we can supply a basket with all the necessary to enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning.
We like the idea that you don’t have to follow a schedule, directed by the opening hours of “breakfast” and see no one else while still waking up…
. PIC NIC aperitivo
If you desire, we can organize a basket, so you can enjoy the sunset for aperitivo in the fields, the garden, the rooftop terrace or at the beach.
. We can organize truffle hunting, bike rent, horse riding, cooking classes on request.
