The apartment is on the second floor of a 17th-century building that has been renovated several times. The latest renovation was done with the intention of making the apartment energy self-sufficient by installing photovoltaic panels on the roof and a heat pump system. The apartment is connected to a local Renewable Energy Community called Metauro-Cesano.
It has recently been furnished with simplicity and attention to detail to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is very bright and faces west. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom.
This two-room apartment of over 70 square meters offers generous interior space and the possibility of using the garden in the summer.
Bicycles can be safely stored in the garden. Parking is free and without restrictions around the building.
Fossombrone is a city of Roman origins: during the Renaissance, under the Della Rovere family, Forum Sempronii became a renowned ducal residence, enriched with noble palaces, art, and Baroque architecture, while maintaining its role as a commercial center between the Marche and Umbria regions. Today, the Trionfo del Carnevale (Carneval Triumph) reenacts Fossombrone's historical and artistic past through a masquerade. For three days, residents and tourists alike entertain through the city streets with skill tests, including on horseback, and with stalls offering traditional food and wine.
The apartment is 50 meters from Piazza Dante Alighieri, where buses connecting Pesaro and Fano to Urbino, Cagli, Pergola, Urbania, and Rome stop.
3.3 km away is the Santuario Beato Benedetto (Sanctuary of Beato Benedetto), where the order of Capuchin Friars was founded in 1525. Today, it is the destination of a spiritual and tourist trail that connects Fossombrone to Ascoli Piceno:

Cancellations made after the specified timeframe will be forfeited. The entire deposit, equal to 10% of the total stay, will be retained.
