10 minutes from the historic center of Gubbio, a farmhouse totally renovated according to the principles of green building and energetically independent, immersed in pastures and oak woods, in absolute quiet, with an incredible view of the highest peaks of the Umbrian Apennines. Marche and, last but not least, a saltwater swimming pool open exclusively to guests from June to September!
Who we are
Good morning dear guests!
We are Elena and Andrés, nice to meet you!
Four years ago we decided to leave Milan and our jobs to follow our passions and vocations. After a few seasons of experience working in contact with nature in agritourism companies, we have now finally realized our dream: opening a small "agribnb" in the middle of the woods, with a vegetable garden, veeeerySloooow breakfasts and lots of space for wellness practices immersed in nature!

What is the soul of our project?
Certainly a very strong need to reconnect with nature, an immersion in its smells, colors, flavors, its dynamics, its rhythms and the desire to learn from this flow (and from here, also the choice of our name).
The gear that set in motion the entire process of rethinking our daily lives was undoubtedly a reflection on our urban lifestyle and the conscious decision to dedicate much more time to what we eat, consume and to our passions.

"Forest bathing" means immersing yourself in nature with all your senses and absorbing the prodigious effects of such wonder. When we are surrounded by nature we are invaded by an emotion that combines fear and comfort, admiration and enchantment.
A sense of vastness that diverts attention from ourselves, to the point of making us feel part of "something bigger".
Our logo is an oak leaf: the reason?
A logo is a symbol, the summary of an idea, the mirror of the values and soul of a project but a logo must also transform itself into a visual and emotional communication tool.
And so here is our logo, a little oak leaf in the wind, in all its simplicity and grace! We hope to have succeeded in our aim and to have conveyed to you some of the serenity that the forest generates in us!

Energy self-sufficiency!
This was one of the main objectives for starting our business: to limit energy consumption as much as possible and produce what is necessary from renewable sources.
A photovoltaic system of almost 20kW (with the same amount of storage power) powers a radiant panel heating system with heat pumps (supporting a thermo fireplace in case of need with the bnb at full capacity and particularly cold winter days), all governed from a building automation system. Insulated roof and floor and solar greenhouse to integrate!

Payment and Cancellation Terms
A confirmatory deposit is required for one-week stays or for bookings during long weekends/holidays. In the months of July and August the apartments are bookable for minimum stays of one week.

Il b&b è un posto incantevole immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Elena e Andrès ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, sempre gentili e accoglienti.
Buonissima la colazione preparata da Elena ogni giorno e gustata con vista sulle colline. La camera spaziosa, pulita e caratteristica. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche poter usare il bellissimo giardino e la piscina! Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Siamo stati ospiti di Elena e Andres: l’accoglienza che li contraddistingue passa attraverso la cura per gli ospiti, la loro gentile discrezione e l’amore per il progetto che hanno avviato. Silenzio, un panorama splendido, a pochi minuti da Gubbio. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von Gubbio! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bauernhaus oder einer alten Villa in den Bergen von Gubbio. Sie hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Tal. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum ist einmalig! Unsere Wohnung war im 1. Stock und hatte ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch eine kleine Kochnische. Die Wohnung ist groß genug und gut eingerichtet. Es wird auch ein Frühstücksservice angeboten. Für das Auto gibt es genügend Platz. Bis nach Gubbio, einer reizvollen, schönen alten Stadt, sind es 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Elena ist eine sehr nette, liebevolle Gastgeberin, die sich viel Mühe um ihre Gäste gibt. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch klappt auch sehr gut! Also, wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier gehabt und kommen bestimmt wieder!
