Our property is located in the commune of Tresnuragues, about 3 km from the sea, in a small paradise surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. At an altitude of 190 meters, between the sea and the mountains, the place invites meditation and contemplation...

We chose to settle on the west coast to enjoy the beautiful evenings and sumptuous sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea. This part of Sardinia has remained very authentic and unspoiled, with little tourist development. The Catalan fortified city of Alghero and the typical medieval village of Bosa are renowned tourist hotspots.

We offer the first-floor apartment with its own private entrance.
It features a double panoramic terrace, one of which is covered, with incredible views of the sunset over the sea and the surrounding countryside.

The sun terrace is equipped with a table seating 4 to 8, several sun loungers, and a covered sofa. A complete program for lounging and enjoying the beautiful seasons...

A large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sea view. It's possible to add a single bed in this room.
