Casina Fazza is a place of tranquility and sharing among people, nature, the sea, and culture. In the countryside of Grecìa Salentina, among olive trees, prickly pears, dogs, and cats, you'll be welcomed into the care and simplicity of our home.
If you're looking for slowness, tranquility, and a friendly, cheerful atmosphere, Casina Fazza is the place to be.
We are Marta and Marina, and we live in an old country house from the early 1900s, surrounded by greenery that smells of land and sea. We will welcome you to a simple, authentic place.
The day begins with a breakfast prepared with what our land and the surrounding area has to offer, under the shade of a large, centuries-old walnut tree (or in your room on the off chance of rain!).
We have two independent double bedrooms with private bathrooms, both equipped with a small fridge, Wi-Fi, and a hot/cold heat pump or fan, and with water heated by a solar thermal system.
In the outdoor area, you'll find a shared kitchen equipped with the essentials for small snacks and a cool-water shower for hot days.
If you don't see a pool in the photos, it's because we chose not to have one, living in a region suffering from water scarcity and being close to many of Italy's most beautiful beaches and cliffs.
We're located just steps from Cutrofiano, a town famous for its ceramics tradition, and just a few kilometers from the beautiful Ionian and Adriatic coasts. It's a strategic location for visiting Salento's most renowned sites, such as Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, and Capo di Leuca.
From Casina Fazza, you can easily enjoy not only the beauty of the cities, but also the charming villages, the white beaches and cliffs, the festivals, and the cultural and artistic events.
You might even stumble upon one of the small artistic events we occasionally organize!
Our attention to people, to the little things, and to beauty will welcome you to our place, which will pamper you and, we hope, you will grow fond of.
