The Villa Gelsomino orientale is set in an extensive park of 5500 square meters with a high biodiversity thanks to the variety of tree species present which frame a splendid panorama of the sea.
You will love walking in the botanical park of the villa in the typical Mediterranean vegetation wisely combined with rare plants of exotic flora and fruit.
Maritime pines, carobs, olive trees, holm oaks near many other species that surprise our guests such as the perfumed tree originating from Peru with spicy pink pepper fruits, the tamerice originating from the sandy areas of India, the Chinese mandarin, the precious palm chicas originally from Japan, the caper plant (did you know the capers are the flower buds of this plant), the mimosas, the pomegranate in a path of scents and colors.
Moments of magnificent relaxation and feelings of wellbeing for those who choose to pamper themselves in this wonderful atmosphere.
Beyond the great gate of the villa there is the avenue dotted with oriental jasmine, symbol of the villa: you will be flooded with the heady scent just arrived.
At the bottom stands the park characterized by a large grassy lawn and surrounded by a hedge of coniferous Leyland native to North America. In the center stands the villa characterized by a large staircase in white semicircle marble and a series of white balustrades that delimit the gigantic terrace with spectacular sea views.
Every detail of the villa is natural: the Luserna stones that pave the terrace, the tiles of ancient Provencal tiles that stand out on the roof with copper gutters and wooden beams, thermal insulation in rock wool.
Also inside the materials are environmentally friendly with the use of materials such as wood, ceramics and a wise heating consumption with a boiler with very low environmental impact but with excellent performance also through the temperature controllers present in each room for the perfect search for right temperature desired by the guest,
