Podere Novo was born 37 years ago as a biodynamic farm and today it is a farmhouse and center for holistic and artistic activities. In addition to the large open spaces with a suggestive panorama, we have a room for bright activities and an outdoor theater.
Podere Novo is a timeless haven in the Maremma countryside, nestled between the sky, trees, and sea. It's perfect for those seeking peace, silence, the sound of the wind and roaming deer, a soul-stirring experience, a garden where you can pick vegetables and fruit, dance among the olive trees, or spend nights gazing at the starry sky.
Just 7 km from the village of Scansano (famous for its Morellino di Scansano wine), in the rural hamlet of Ripacci, the farm stands overlooking an enviable panorama of hills and olive groves.
In addition to the main farmhouse, the site offers a room with wood floors and large windows for seminars and holistic activities of all kinds, and, to top it all off, a Greek-style theater where you can work outdoors.
The farmhouse has four guest rooms, a large porch where meals are served and guests can relax in the shade, organic vegetable gardens, and a small camping area.
All surrounded by olive groves and green spaces as far as the eye can see.
A variety of attractions are just over a half-hour's drive away, including the Saturnia hot springs, the warm Albegna River, Orbetello and the Argentario sea, Mount Amiata, and the Tarot Garden.
The farmhouse is also available for rent to groups of friends and families seeking a relaxing retreat in silence or a place to celebrate together.
