In the heart of a grove of tall oaks, nestled among centuries-old trees, a stream, and cultivated fields, lies an ancient farmhouse built from local stone, dating back to the early 1900s. It's a simple and authentic place, designed for those who want to slow down, reconnect with nature, and leave behind the noise and frenetic pace of life.
Here, silence is part of the experience: during the day, you can hear the wind in the oaks, and just a few meters from the house, the rushing stream. In summer, the dense forest offers shade and coolness, while on clear evenings, thanks to the low lighting, the sky lights up with stars.
Renovated in the 1990s and created as the first agriturismo in the municipality of Molinara, the farmhouse retains the homely and authentic character of an old country house. The property comprises two independent bedrooms, each with a private entrance and bathroom, and a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a small guest bathroom. A traditional fireplace makes the interiors particularly cozy on cold days.
Outside, the large paved patio shaded by oak trees is ideal for al fresco dining, picnicking, or simply spending a few leisurely hours. There's also a barbecue and a hammock suspended between the trees, perfect for an afternoon nap.
Hospitality stems from long experience in responsible tourism and the desire to share not only a place, but also a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. The house favors local and, where possible, zero-mile products, reduces packaging and disposable products, practices waste separation, and limits energy consumption.

Una casa nel bosco, facilmente raggiungibile ma abbastanza isolata da altri insediamenti, piccola e manutenibile ma non troppo stretta e con i confort necessari, vivibile negli spazi esterni con il bel tempo e accogliente quando freddo e neve la sommergono. L'alloggio è ideale per un soggiorno silenzioso, udendo solo il rumore del vento; di notte poche luci nei dintorni e con tempo sereno un meraviglioso cielo stellato. Si trova in un fondo coltivato con una sorgente naturale e a pochi metri scorre un ruscello da dove gli animali selvatici ogni tanto si avvicinano.
