Small, quiet condominium; the apartment is on the second floor, fully furnished and equipped with everything you want to find in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the bedrooms, as in your own home. Quiet location, just outside the mighty medieval walls of the ancient town rich in history. In the same street: oven with typical sweets and pizza by the slice, small supermarket, office. postal. In the village: Bar, Newspaper, Tobacconist, Typical restaurant, Office Tourist. All around the condominium there is a completely fenced area, where children can play and ride a bike without risk. On the ground floor there is a basement with: sink, table football, wood for the fireplace and plenty of space to park any motorcycles and bicycles. We are within the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Regional Natural Park, a two-minute walk into the woods and interesting, scenic trails. A 40-minute drive from the velvet beach (Senigallia) and about an hour from the rocky beaches of Monte Conero and its delightful villages (Portonovo, Numana, Sirolo); city of art 20 minutes away (Fabriano, Jesi). In 10 minutes by car you can reach the sulphurous thermal baths of San Vittore and a little further, inside the gorge, the wonderful Wind caves, open to the public. In the house there is no TV and wi-fi (the mountain does not allow a wonderful connection to the internet!), But you will find some books, even for children, along with games for young and old (for gloomy days).
