Verdmont is an estate just outside the charming Roman spa town of Acqui terme. The hills surrounding our peaceful valley are filled with vines but you will find nestled in the valley Verdmont offers peace tranquillity and a variety of wildlife as we have intentionally left the landscape wild to encourage biodiversity, in return they grace us with glimpses into their habits. From Fallow deer, wild boar, owls, kestrels and buzzards rabbits, hedgehogs, frogs and salamanders you can see them all here.
Further to this we offer an expansive pool, low in chemicals and filtered with glass. A biodiversity zone filled with wild flowers, a natural pond complete with ,local plantings and our tree program.
Each suite is decorated with great care and features a tasteful mix of vintage antique and restore furniture many featuring our in house artist. Many furnishings have been restored locally and bedding is often handmade with Italian luxury fabrics.
From the pool with its shallow ledges for kids to the sculpture garden, the hideout, the playground or the biodiversity area, there is much to explore at Verdmont.
In our photos you can see we offer fun hands on Pizza workshop and a Fresh pasta making cooking class, plus a British afternoon tea for a relaxing break in our beautifully appointed Tea Salon.
You can rest easy everything is thought out to make you experience not only genuine but low environmental impact as possible from recycling, food waste and ecological organic breakfast basket.
