"SUMMER EMOTION WEEKEND" with organic and natural cooking course with outdoor dinner. "Not just a cooking class. Not just a dinner. A 360 ° nourishment experience. Immersed in the greenery of the hills of Gabbiano (Noceto, in the hills of Parma) we will together make a complete menu from appetizers to desserts and learn the principles of natural bio-vegetable cooking.

The special offer includes:

- Overnight Weekend 21 - 23 June 2019
- natural and organic cooking course: together we will create a complete menu from appetizers to desserts and learn the principles of natural bio-vegetable cooking. We will collect the garden's gifts and combine them, creating flavors, shapes, textures, colors and emotions.
- At the end of the course we will be able to welcome the summer by tasting what prepared outdoors, by candlelight.

To welcome our preparations will be "unique pieces", dishes made by the ceramist artist Robert Cross, specially for the occasion, which at the end of the experience participants will also be able to buy at a special price.

During the day there will be a visit to the "Gabbiano Studio Pottery" workshop and atelier to discover the wonders of these everyday objects magically transformed by the elements of nature, by the passion and skilful hands of Robert Cross ".
