The Refuge of the Heart is a small corner of paradise and peace where you can nourish your heart, body and mind, just as the name suggests!

A friendly eco-friendly B & B, family run, in the ancient stone village of Costa di Groppo Ducale, a hamlet of Bettola (Piacenza).

Nestled among the beautiful landscapes of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the upper Val Nure at about 1000 meters. s.l.m. the B & B offers an enchanting view over the Po Valley.

At guests' disposal double rooms, spacious and bright, with private bathroom with shower. Furnished with refinement and elegance, in winter the beds are fitted with goose down duvets, while fireplaces and wood stoves heat and brighten the room.

Breakfast is sweet but on request you can also have salt, served on a large terrace with stunning views or, in winter, in front of the fireplace in the outdoor area.

The structure is equipped with a hall for courses and seminars of yoga, meditation, etc., can then be rented to groups, who receive a service of B & B, coffee breaks and meals, on request.
