Relais Ancient Monastery of San Biagio is out of the world but a step away from some of the most beautiful places in Umbria (10 minutes from Nocera Umbra, 15 minutes from Gualdo Tadino, 25 minutes from Assisi, 30 minutes from Spello and 35 minutes Gubbio), an oasis in the heart of pristine and quiet.

Double rooms "Del Sacristan" are the ancient rooms of the monks, and extended magazines, which remains the historic wooden beams and terracotta floors.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde e in posizione dominante sulle campagne umbre. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottimi i pasti serviti nel ristorante e davvero buoni i vini di loro produzione.

In summary very low quality to price ratio, and the worst food experienced in Italy, ever.
The hotel building is interesting and well restored and in a beautiful remote location in Umbria. However, we were very disappointed with the quality of service, especially the meal included in the price of 1 night €180. This dinner was valued at €30 per person for us two, resulting in the room charge of €120. The quality of the meal was very bad - mostly consisted of reheated and bad quality cooking. My lamb was bits and pieces of "leftovers" and reheated potatoes. The vegan soup my wife had for a main course was something to remember for a long time as one of the most displeasing foods ever experienced.
To say something positive the biodynamic wine we ordered was good, as well as the ham I had for a starter.
