Awen Tree House, located within an 8000 m2 garden of a farmhouse, is a wooden house; the terrace overlooks the lake at about 5 meters high, which attracts some species of fauna and birdlife, including protected species. The house, raised about three meters from the ground, is located in a small holm oak forest. We were inspired by the Celts, a people strongly linked to Nature and venerators of trees, of which the holm oak, belonging to the oak family, was the tree par excellence.
Awen is the breath of energy, the breeze of inspiration. This is how the dream of creating a place where one can be inspired by poetry and the connection with Nature was born.
The Tree House was built with green building materials; the thermal and acoustic insulation is made of natural material that promotes living comfort and the healthiness of the internal environments.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
The Tree House is for a maximum of two people. Food and drinks cannot be brought in. It is not possible to accommodate animals in the treehouse. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in and check out are carried out by appointment with the owner at the facility for the delivery of the keys and the registration of guests' documents. Communicate your arrival and departure times two hours in advance. It is advisable to give advance notice of any type of advance or delay, it may be subject to taxation. - Check in: from 4.00pm to 6.00pm - Check out: by 10.00am Access to the property is not permitted outside check-in hours. BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment by bank transfer of the entire amount of the stay. The price is per accommodation. - Cash payment of the tourist tax is due at check-in: 0.80 per person per night, only for the first five days. All guests must present a valid identity document at check-in, even minors, in order to register according to Italian law. - To receive a full refund of the daily price, the guest must cancel the reservation within 12 hours of making it and BEFORE 45 days of the local check-in date. - If the guest cancels within 45 days of check-in/in advance or decides to leave after checking in and in the event of a no-show, unused nights will not be refunded. It is advisable to respect the rest times: early morning, early afternoon and late evening. Correct use of electrical and plumbing equipment is required. Do not throw objects into the toilet to avoid blockages in the pipes. It is not permitted to accommodate other people other than those regularly registered. No objects of any kind may be left in the common areas. The owner of the property declines all responsibility for personal objects left unattended by customers inside and outside the accommodation. The property staff reserve the right to access the accommodation to carry out necessary and urgent maintenance operations. The guest is directly liable in case of damage due to improper use of objects and equipment. SAFETY It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked, to ensure the safety of the property and prevent rainwater damage. Guests must turn off the lights and close the windows and front door when they are not in use, to save energy. In the event of loss/damage of the keys, a refund of €300.00 will be given to the owner of the structure. PARKING Guests are required to respect the regulations for using the car park, showing respect for neighbors and other cars. The parking space is assigned by the owner of the Property. REFUSAL OR REMOVAL OF THE CUSTOMER Customers may be refused entry in the following cases: - discrepancy in the data provided by the customer during the booking phase; - failure to pay the balance or security deposit; - lack of documents. In the event that any replacement of person is necessary during the stay, the management may request immediate removal. COMPLAINTS For any complaint, the guest must immediately contact the Manager, who will work to resolve the problem, within the possible and necessary times and conditions. Any requests for compensation must be communicated in writing and delivered to the owner. In the absence of such communication, the guest who abandons the accommodation before the scheduled date will lose any right to compensation. The owner is not responsible for accidents, thefts, or damage to people inside the property. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES All damages and breakages must be reported immediately to the owner of the Property. To avoid damage and breakages, it is advisable not to move furniture without prior permission. It is forbidden to take away any object belonging to the house. COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATION Failure to comply with any rule implies violation of the Terms and Conditions of the stay. The owner reserves the right to revoke the possibility of staying guests if they do not comply with the rules or cause disturbance to neighbors and other residents of the community.
