Less than 7 kilometers from the center of Assisi, La Mora welcomes you to the green Umbrian countryside,
a place where holidays are primarily spent outdoors, and days can unfold at your own pace: a morning by the pool, an afternoon of outdoor games, or a trip to discover the beauty of the area.
The property features five independent apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, which can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. They are named Gemini, Libra, Pisces, Aquarius, and Sagittarius: different solutions to accommodate couples, families, and groups of friends, while maintaining their own space and the comfort of feeling at home. Some apartments are pet-friendly and even have a private, fenced garden, ideal for those traveling with their dog.
Outside, there's plenty of space to spend entire days without getting bored. The panoramic pool invites you to cool off on hot days, while the natural grass soccer field, ping-pong, bocce ball, and table football offer opportunities for adults and children alike. Children can have fun in the large, protected play area, and cycling enthusiasts can explore the surrounding area by bike. The farm also has horses, which are part of daily life here.
Each apartment allows guests to manage their stay independently, from preparing meals to planning their excursions. Guests also have access to a shared barbecue, free parking, and a shared washing machine. The location makes it easy to reach Assisi and explore Umbria's other villages and landscapes, returning to a place where they can find space, tranquility, and opportunities to spend time together.
Breakfast is also available upon request, featuring traditional Umbrian pastries, seasonal fruit, and the property's own extra virgin olive oil.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy Up to 21 days before arrival: Free cancellation, with a refund of the deposit. From 20 to 8 days before arrival: The deposit will be retained. From 7 days before arrival: In case of cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Any deposit already paid will be added to the total amount due.

Per rendere il soggiorno piacevole per tutti, vi invitiamo a seguire alcune semplici indicazioni. - Arrivo e check-in: comunicate in anticipo l’orario previsto di arrivo e completate la procedura di check-in online, se richiesta. - Rispetto della tranquillità: mantenete un volume moderato, soprattutto nelle ore serali e durante il riposo, evitando rumori che possano disturbare gli altri ospiti. - Cura degli alloggi: utilizzate con attenzione gli arredi e le attrezzature. Segnalate tempestivamente eventuali guasti o danni. - Fumo: non è consentito fumare all’interno degli alloggi. Negli spazi esterni utilizzate gli appositi posacenere. - Bambini: devono essere sorvegliati dagli adulti, in particolare in piscina e nelle aree gioco. - Piscina e spazi comuni: rispettate il regolamento esposto, gli eventuali orari di apertura e le indicazioni della struttura. - Animali domestici: la loro presenza va comunicata prima dell’arrivo.
