Sunday, July 26 hours 10:00 to 14:00 then lunch greetings and departures.
You will learn: fermentation, dehydration, sprouting, how to make raw nut cheese, crackers, granola, appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts. We will be making 2 lunches, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner together.
It is a hands on class so everyone should bring a chefs knife, a parring knife, a peeler, and an apron.
