In Assisi, in the historic center, not far from the Piazza del Comune, the Basilica of Santa Chiara, the Cathedral of San Rufino, the Rocca Maggiore, the Rocca Minore and the Monte Subasio Park there is a small B&B, a recently renovated residence, consisting of 3 simple, essential, but delightful rooms. They overlook a secret courtyard, the valley, the roofs of Assisi and some characteristic alleys. Outside, a lively city, visited by people from all over the world, passionate about art, spirituality, nature, good living, breathtaking views, inside a refuge of peace with a very intimate, very welcoming atmosphere, where attention to detail and care are normal for us.
Breakfast when possible, on request, with an additional cost, is consumed inside, in a very bright room with a fireplace, which overlooks the valley.
We use energy-saving lamps, ecological paints and furniture restored or purchased in compliance with environmental ethical values.
The food for breakfast is strictly from organic farming and some products come from local organic companies.

Il posto e' grazioso e pulito ma io ho acquistato un pernottamento con prima colazione, che invece non ci e' stata servita perché la cameriera addetta se n'è andata, ci ha detto la proprietaria, e non ci e' stato fatto alcun rimborso o buono per una colazione in un bar. Non e' il modo di comportarsi, non ci torneremo.

Purtroppo di ecologico nulla: bagnoschiuma e saponi in confezioni monodose. La colazione, su cui avevamo molte aspettative, pessima, molto deludente e scarsa e soprattutto senza alcun prodotto biologico e fresco, come indicato sul sito. Mi chiedo come dopo tutte le recensioni negative riguardo la colazione, non si cambi nulla...Peccato.... In camera (molto buia) il riscaldamento faceva un rumore terribile e tutta la notte abbiamo sentito sbattere forte qualcosa (porta/portone). Assente un tappetino per la doccia. La posizione ottima e la struttura molto bella. Self check in comodo.

ESPERIENZA positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti.
ambiente spazioso e luminoso, il b&b è in una posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi i vari punti della città in quanto pieno centro storico. ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari.
