An ancient rural stone building, retrieved according to the criteria of bioarchitecture and energy saving, in a historic village nestled among the wild forests of the Apennine Parmense, bordering on Tuscany and Liguria.

The farmhouse is easily reached from Cisa State Road (SS62) and from the Cisa motorway. It is located 70 km from Parma, 170 km from Milan and Bologna, 110 km from Genova and 230 km from Florence.
In the surrounding area you can make beautiful bicycle tours, discover some of the castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, such as Compiano and Bardi Fortress, both within easy reach.
A few kilometers from the B & B, in the direction of Bardi, lies the Ghirardi WWF Oasis: 600 hectares reserve, which can be visited freely every day.
Walking excursions are very interesting, thanks to the trails marked by the CAI, one of which goes behind the farmhouse (trail 843B), and the many branches of Via Francigena and Via Degli Abati. Nettes, kleines B&B mit 3 Gästezimmern. Wir haben Ruhe gesucht & dort gefunden. Abseits von Il Borgo du Taro gelegen, direkt an einem Wanderweg. Der Hofhund „Mister Cane“ ist ein Highlight. Frühstück nur süß. Leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade. Hellhörig wenn andere Gäste da sind. Zimmerausstattung sehr gemütlich.
