Payment and Cancellation Terms
You will be charged 30% of the total cost at the time of booking as a deposit. If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, only the deposit (30% of the total cost) will be retained. If you cancel up to 2 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.

House Rules
Nel nostro agriturismo è disponibile la colazione servita dal lunedì al sabato, tra le 7:00 e le 10:00, festivi esclusi. Il costo della colazione è di € 10/adulto per notte. Tutti i giorni (anche i festivi), su richiesta, è possibile acquistare una nostra BAG COLAZIONE da consumare all'esterno delle camere. La tariffa della camera comprende: bagno privato, internet WIFI, climatizzazione, minifrigo, parcheggio privato recintato, biancheria da letto, salviette bagno, kit di cortesia bagno. La biancheria da letto viene sostituita settimanalmente e ad ogni cambio ospite. Le salviette bagno vengono sostituite ogni due notti (festivi esclusi). È possibile richiedere ulteriori cambi della biancheria e/o salviette, ad un costo aggiuntivo. E' possibile raggiungere il centro di Padova in un quarto d'ora con l'auto (7.5 km) oppure con il Tram (in auto fino al park Capolinea Guizza SUD a 4,5km e poi in centro con il Tram in dieci minuti). In alternativa, è possibile raggiungere la fermata dell'autobus più vicina (in un quarto d'ora a piedi, 1.1 km) e prendere il bus U03 che in 20 minuti arriva al centro.
