L'Essenza is immersed in the magnificent scenery of the Tepilora Regional Natural Park, an area of 8000 hectares between mountains, rivers and sea. The views surrounding the structure are breathtaking.
Marina, the owner, offers her guests the possibility of choosing between four welcoming and simply furnished pinnettos with two/three beds and a private bathroom. Su pinnetu is the typical shepherds' hut of central Sardinia, consisting of a circular stone base and a roof in branches on a frame of resistant tree branches.

Each pinnettu room is linked to a typical Sardinian plant (Myrtle, Juniper, Lavender, Helichrysum), its color (chromotherapy) and its essence (aromatherapy): the color (room, walls, furnishings and furnishings, lights in the bathroom and shower) and the essential oil of the plant have an effect on the body, mind and spirit.
Guests will find everything they need for breakfast in their room. Possibility to book each room in its single, double, matrimonial or triple version. The central suite with kitchen and private bathroom is also available.

There is no shortage of trekking, kayaking and mountain-bike excursions; you can spend a day among the beauties of the only UNESCO Reserve in Sardinia, such as Mont'Albo, the Usinavà naturalistic oasis, Lake Torpè, Rio Posada, the Bidderosa oasis with its dream beaches... all without having to move 20km.

Camera accogliente e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Location favolosa e struttura curata nei minimi dettagli. Ci sono vari spazi esterni con poltrone e divanetti dove potersi rilassare godendo di una vista mozzafiato. Ho adorato la colazione abbondante e con prodotti locali di qualità, oltre all’accoglienza calorosa e disponibile.

Un luogo meraviglioso in cui perdersi per poi ritrovarsi..
Si percepisce la cura con cui sono organizzati gli spazi privati e quelli condivisi..
Ottima la colazione e si consiglia anche il cesto pic-nic.. tutto preparato con amore e rispetto per la natura e gli animali.
Ottima posizione sia per il mare che per le escursioni.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Marina per l’accoglienza e per averci fatte sentire come a casa.. ma senza i pensieri di casa..

Magica location, magica stanza, magici profumi!
Siamo stati accolti con dolcezza dalla padrona di casa, che dopo averci mostrato la camera ci ha lasciati liberi di esplorare il grande giardino in cui sono allestiti dei semplici spazi relax dove è possibile leggere, chiacchierare e godere del panorama.
La notte silenziosa è stata accompagnata solo da grilli e cicale...al nostro risveglio ci aspettava una colazione rigenerante!
Consiglio questo soggiorno a chi davvero ama la natura, le cose semplici e il dialogo con le persone...
