La Terrazza Family Holidays
A low environmental impact holiday home, immersed in the green of citrus groves in the Sorrento hills, with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Naples. Two km from Sorrento, 700 meters from the main square of Sant'Agnello, a beautiful village to visit.
La Terrazza Family House is a four-room house of 125 square meters, and can accommodate up to 13 guests. The house is located on the first floor of a building of 2 independent floors (without elevator) comprising: entrance hall, kitchen / living / dining room with double sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the garden, 3 large bedrooms with 2 3 or 4 beds, and 2 complete bathrooms.
The arrangement of the rooms is:
- Amalfi bedroom: bedroom with a double bed and a single folding extra bed;
- Positano bedroom: bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, or 4 single beds;
- Capri bedroom: bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, or 4 single beds;
- living room / kitchen: sofa convertible into a double bed or 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, American coffee machine, large table, chairs, cutlery, plates, pots for 13 people.
The high chair, stroller, 2 cribs, changing table, and bottle warmer are available free of charge on request.
The two bathrooms, are both complete with window, sink, bidet, and toilet. One with a new XL shower and the other with a new Large shower.
Panoramic and exclusive only for you is the 70 sqm terrace, equipped with gazebo, shower, tables, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue.
La Terrazza Family House is equipped with satellite TV, Hi-Fi, radio CD player, DVD player, ceiling fans, barbecue, iron and ironing board, double glazing, window screens, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning cold, gas central heating, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector and gas leak detector.
The Terrazza Family House is located in a characteristic village on the slopes of the hills of Sorrento, and offers customers the tranquility and a beautiful sea view on the Gulf of Naples. La Terrazza is 2 Km from the center of Sorrento and a Km from the center of Sant'Agnello, a charming town bordering Sorrento, where there are bars, shops, banks and many restaurants.
At 100 meters on foot, there is private property where we have reserved parking spaces for our guests.
The sea with public and private beaches is 2 Km (La Marinella).
