La Terrazza Family House is a four-room house of 125 square meters, and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The house is located on the first floor of an independent 2-story building (without elevator) consisting of: entrance, kitchen / living room / dining room with double sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the garden, 3 large bedrooms with 2-3 or 4 beds, and 2 complete bathrooms.
The layout of the rooms is:
- Amalfi bedroom: bedroom with a double bed and an added folding single bed;
- Positano bedroom: bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, or 3 single beds;
- Capri bedroom: bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, or 4 single beds;
- living room / kitchen: sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, American coffee machine, large table, chairs, cutlery, plates, pots and pans for 10 people.
Also available free of charge on request are the high chair, stroller, 2 cots, changing table, and bottle warmer.
The two bathrooms are both complete with window, sink, bidet, and toilet. One with a new XL shower and the other with a new Large shower.
Panoramic and exclusive just for you is the 70 m2 terrace, equipped with gazebo, shower, tables, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue.
The Terrazza Family House is equipped with satellite TV, Hi-Fi, radio CD player, DVD player, ceiling fans, barbecue, iron and ironing board, double glazing, mosquito nets for windows, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, safe, cold air conditioning, independent gas heating, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector and gas leak detector.
The Terrazza Family House is located in a characteristic hamlet on the slopes of the Sorrento hills, and offers guests tranquility and a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Naples. La Terrazza is 2 km from the center of Sorrento and 1 km from the center of Sant'Agnello, a pretty town on the border with Sorrento, where there are bars, shops, banks and many restaurants.
100 meters away on foot, there is the private property where we have reserved parking spaces for our guests.
The sea with public and private beaches is 2 km away (La Marinella).
