Casa Mariella is an ancient noble residence located in the immediate vicinity of Via Toledo and about 150 meters away. from Piazza del Plebiscito. The structure is located on the fourth floor in an ancient building, dating back to the Bourbon period, equipped with a lift.
Casa Mariella has rooms with private bathroom, TV, free wifi, safe, air conditioning and heating. At guests' disposal: Set of towels, courtesy set, bathroom products, hairdryer and high chair.
Every morning a rich breakfast is served directly by the owners.
Our breakfast includes: milk, coffee, hot chocolate, barley, American coffee, variety of teas, cappuccino, fruit juices, jams, biscuits, croissants, biscuits, butter, Nutella, honey, bread, yogurt and fruit. The B&B Casa Mariella, upon request and free of charge, offers its lactose intolerant or celiac guests very valid alternatives.

We are also just 150 meters away. from the Toledo metro stop, 200 meters from the Maritime Station and 20 meters. from the central funicular of Naples which in a few minutes allows you to reach the Vomero district where the Certosa di San Martino is located.

Il bagno ampio ma camere un po' piccole. ottima posizione ma siamo rimasti 1 po' interdetti dalla colazione 1 po' povera
Gentili ospiti, prima di tutto grazie ancora per aver soggiornato da noi. È stato un piacere conoscervi e avervi come nostri ospiti. In merito alla Vostra recensione ci permettiamo di fare le seguenti osservazioni:
La colazione è un momento molto importante per noi per questo ci teniamo a precisare che a tavola erano presenti fette biscottate della Mulino Bianco, cornetti, latte sardo Arborea, burro, panna da caffè, marmellate della Santa Rosa, miele Hiro, nutella, pancarrè, succhi di frutta in vetro Doria, yogurt, formaggio spalmabile e sottilette.
Nei due giorni durante i quali avete soggiornato erano presenti anche trecce dolci, pane fresco, cornetti acquistati in forno presente nelle vicinanze del nostro B&B e frutta fresca.
Erano a disposizione inoltre bevande calde come di caffè, cioccolato, cappuccino, latte caldo, mocaccino e the caldo.
Al momento della colazione fortunatamente erano presenti altri ospiti, che potrebbero confermare, che avete affermato che è vostra abitudine prendere solo un caffè a colazione e niente altro.
Un’ultima osservazione……Voi avete usufruito per le due notti di soggiorno di un coupon, ma avete indicato una valutazione non soddisfacente in merito al rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Gentili ospiti, voi non sapete neanche quanto avete pagato!!! Noi abbiamo fatto fattura al portale attraverso il quale avete prenotato e come richiestoci dal portale stesso non vi abbiamo comunicato il prezzo del soggiorno, essendo un coupon che vi è stato offerto. Dunque è incomprensibile come avete fatto a dare una valutazione sul rapporto qualità/prezzo senza essere a conoscenza del costo del soggiorno.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, fortunatamente parlano le tante recensioni presenti su portali come Booking.com, Expedia e Tripdvaisor, dove è possibile riscontrare che abbiamo delle valutazioni altissime. Se qualcosa, come può capitare, è stato trovato fuori posto al vostro arrivo saremmo stati più che disponibili a risolvere il problema immediatamente. Ma nulla ci è stato da voi comunicato.
