Nestled in the pristine nature of Tiglieto, in the heart of the Beigua Park, our wooden Eco-House is a unique retreat where the sound of the stream accompanies every moment of the day. Directly overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the river and surrounded by greenery, it is the ideal place for those who want to slow down, regenerate, and rediscover authentic connection with nature.
Created from the transformation of an old carpentry shop, the house retains the charm of natural materials and offers spacious, bright, and versatile spaces. Built entirely of wood, it is spread over two levels: the lower level features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and direct access to the outdoor spaces; the upper level features a large open space of approximately 60 square meters that can be used as a sleeping area, relaxation area, or space for creative and wellness activities.
The property can accommodate families, groups of friends, and professionals working remotely, easily adapting to guests' diverse needs. It is also suitable for small workshops, yoga, meditation, art labs, and team-building sessions.
One of its highlights is the private garden reserved for guests, overlooking the stream and featuring a pergola and relaxation areas. From here, there's direct access to a private path to the river, where you can bathe in the emerald waters, sunbathe, or simply be lulled by the sound of the water.
The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails through mountains, streams, and natural lakes, ideal for trekking, mountain biking, and walking. Guests can also discover organic farms, local producers, and the food and wine itineraries of Monferrato, Gavi, and the Faiallo Pass.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but may be used for a future reservation, subject to availability. The balance can be paid preferably in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer.
