Nestled in the Apulian countryside, Dependance Villanita is a romantic oasis for two, nestled among olive trees, fruit trees, and flowers. Guests can relax in the garden and private gazebo, enjoy breakfast on the flower-filled balcony, and, in season, pick fresh produce from the garden. The renovated apartment, complete with a new kitchen, is located in our family villa, strategically located for visiting Puglia's most beautiful places. Free parking and electric vehicle charging are included.
The apartment is on the first floor and comprises a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen with an induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, and dishes, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. A crib/camping bed can be added.
A gazebo is available for your exclusive use, perfect for sipping wine or reading a good book. The flower-filled balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner al fresco.
Private parking for 6 cars, free Wi-Fi.

Guests can enjoy the entire garden and a wooden patio for their EXCLUSIVE use, surrounded by greenery and flowers, next to a majestic fountain with a soothing sound. Depending on the season, guests can also enjoy complimentary access to the early produce from our vegetable garden and fruit from our orchard.
Other things to keep in mind
There are two beautiful mixed-breed dogs, Bruno and Giunone, who roam free outside. Bruno is often in his kennel because he tends to escape when the gate is open. Aside from the initial "getting to know you" greeting, they are harmless and eager to be cuddled.
The center of Castellana is a 5-minute drive away, and the sea is 15 minutes away. You can enjoy beautiful walks along a small municipal road that will take you into the surrounding countryside. Our location is ideal for exploring the area: in just a few minutes by car, you can visit iconic places such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello.
The Bari and Brindisi airports are about an hour away.

A Castellana Grotte tourist tax of €2 per person per day (for the first 5 nights) is payable on site for guests aged 12 and over.

Immersa nella campagna pugliese, Dependance Villanita è una romantica oasi per due persone, tra ulivi, alberi da frutto e fiori. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi nel giardino e nel gazebo privato, fare colazione sul balcone fiorito e, in stagione, raccogliere prodotti freschi dall’orto. L’appartamento, ristrutturato e con cucina nuova, si trova nella nostra villa di famiglia, in posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi più belli di Puglia. Parcheggio gratuito e ricarica auto elettriche inclusi. L’appartamento è al primo piano ed è composto da una camera da letto, con un comodo letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, una cucina con piano ad induzione, forno a microonde, bollitore e stoviglie, e un comodo bagno con doccia. Possibilità di aggiungere culla/lettino da campeggio. E'disponibile un gazebo ad uso esclusivo per sorseggiare vino o leggere un buon libro. Il balcone fiorito abitabile vi premetterà di fare la colazione o la cena all'aria aperta. Parcheggio privato con 6 posti auto a disposizione, Wi-Fi gratuito. Ricarica elettrica per auto inclusa. Attraverso la Keybox è possibile fare il check-in ed il check-out senza la nostra presenza. Tuttavia quando possibile preferiamo accogliere gli ospiti personalmente! Restiamo a completa disposizione via cellulare o di persona se serve, considerato che abitiamo nell'altra ala della casa. Garantiamo agli ospiti una totale privacy ed indipendenza. Vi sono due bellissimi meticci Bruno e Giunone che sono liberi nella parte esterna. Bruno spesso è nel suo box poichè quando il cancello è aperto tende a fuggire. A parte l 'iniziale accoglienza per "conoscervi" sono innocui e desiderosi di coccole. Il centro di Castellana è raggiungibile in macchina in 5 minuti, il mare dista 15 minuti. Potrete fare a piedi delle bellissime passeggiate lungo una piccola strada comunale che vi porterà nelle campagne circostanti. La nostra posizione è ideale per esplorare il territorio: in pochi minuti di auto potrete visitare luoghi iconici come Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello. A poche centinaia di metri è situato un ottimo ristorante-pizzeria Al Pozzo in cui gustare specialità locali e ottime pizze al forno a legna. Gli aeroporti di Bari e Brindisi distano circa un ora. Possibilità di aggiungere una culla. Utilizzo della ricarica elettrica per macchina SENZA alcun costo aggiuntivo. E' previsto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno di Castellana Grotte in loco di 2 euro a persona al giorno (per le prime 5 notti) dall'età di 12 anni.
