The house is located in a large valley called 'Vallonazzo' that descends from Fossa Felci to Pecorini mare. An old ruin that has been slowly restored has become a habitable and ecologically sustainable house.
The house can be reached via a 15-minute super panoramic gravel path. The sea can be reached on foot in 30 minutes downhill or in a few minutes from the Valdichiesa car park by car or shuttle.
It is located in Vallonazzo, surrounded by ancient terraces on stone walls, some cultivated with fruit and cereals, and by a Mediterranean flora and fauna, with poians, kestrels, imperial crows, resident and migrating birds, rabbits, colorful butterflies, lizards, Geckos, insects... the house is solitary and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from the car/shuttle parking area, crossing Cda Monte Palmieri, Cda Timponella and Cda Portella on foot. The sea can also be reached on foot in half an hour with historical trails and enchanting corners. Opposite the house is Montagnoli with its menhir (''la petra che sona'') and the Piano del Sardo. The place is immersed in the close encounter of silence, the purity of the elements, wind, space, water, warmth, the volcanic earth with its shades of colour. The house has been rebuilt with love and effort and offers the opportunity to have a 'real' holiday. There is a wood burning stove that can be used to organize a special dinner as well as an outdoor BBQ. Part of the house is also the storage / room full of tools and utensils. About fifty fruit trees have been planted in recent years...they grow well with rainwater irrigation, the soil has produced cereals, legumes and vegetables. Over the years, capers are harvested at the end of each spring.
