Agriturismo consists of two neighboring farms on an agricultural area of 25 hectares that winds through chestnut woods and crops, just 5 minutes from the historic village of Fivizzano but in a totally secluded position in nature.
Podere "Di là dall 'acqua" is a splendid stone farmhouse, renovated trying to keep intact all the original aspects that still make it a timeless structure today.
It is located in an isolated position in the woods, across the river that you cross on a ford. Leaving the municipal road, it can be reached on foot on a path of about 10 minutes or by suitable car on a dirt road.
It houses three double bedrooms on the first floor and an independent apartment on the top floor with a large sun terrace.
On the ground floor, to welcome you in a characteristic room with a large stone vault, there is also our small restaurant, for guests and anyone wishing to taste genuine and organic dishes with local products.
Hot Tub spa open, during the day a refreshing hydromassage and in the evening the warmth of the wood and the magic of the fire that slowly heat the tub for hot baths, hydromassage and chromotherapy under the stars.
Podere "Groppini", is also an old stone farmhouse, which tells the story of families of settlers and sharecroppers who have handed it down with care until today, partially restored, always maintaining its characteristic and original aspects.
It is located in a more accessible and less isolated position, on this side of the river. Directly connected by the municipal road just below the ancient walls of Fivizzano. Inside the chestnut garden we find in addition to the main house, a double bedroom and an independent apartment for guests.
It is possible to move easily between the two farms on foot, through a 10/15 minute nature trail, which winds through the hazel grove, the river, woods and the apple orchard. Or by car / motorbike with suitable means.
It is possible to rent MTB e-bikes for half a day or a full day with indication of routes between villages and hills, during the summer a rich calendar of themed evenings, from concerts at sunset, storytelling and music evenings, show cooking and theater.
The center of Fivizzano is easily reachable on foot 10/15 minutes depending on the accommodation chosen here you will find bus stop, supermarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacies. The nearest train station Rometta 5km or Aulla 18 km.

La camera castagna è abbastanza accessibile, il resto invece prevede un cammino nel bosco di circa 15 minuti (piuttosto tranquillo), anche la colazione. Il paesaggio è meraviglioso, entrambe le strutture immerse nella natura

Sehr idyllische abgelegene Unterkunft. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir wohnten im Prodere Groppini, schöne Ausstattung, modernes Bad, herrliche Aussicht. Giovanna und Massimo sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo agriturismo per una notte ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il luogo è bellissimo e i proprietari sono due persone molto gentili e disponibili: sono ben attrezzati anche per il senza glutine, se avvisati per tempo! Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci, siamo stati davvero bene.

Le logement est parfait (appartement avec chambre et terrasse ombragée). Nous avons été très très bien accueillis.
