Table culture at the 15th edition of Leguminaria: Enjoy local produce of ancient legumes such as cicerchia, chickpeas, beans and lentils, seasoned with Marian olive oil, served in classic terracotta bowls that have been produced by local artisans for over five hundred years. Accompany these ancient flavors with the Rosso Piceno DOC produced by farms in the area.
