Old farmhouse, finely restored, situated on the hill of Pietrasanta, in the Capriglia locality, independent and surrounded by greenery, with private park, surrounded by olive groves and right at the beginning of the wood. We can accommodate up to 8 people.
La Dama del Bosco welcomes you in an old farmhouse, finely restored, located in Versilia, on the hill overlooking Pietrasanta, in Capriglia, independent and surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful private garden, surrounded by olive groves and a forest of chestnut trees, holm oaks and firs. Only 10 minutes drive from the Versilia sea.
The structure has just been renovated and furnished and spread over 3 floors plus a terraced attic where a yoga and relaxation room has been set up.
Guests will have access to a lounge with comfortable sofas and an elegant fireplace, a Provencal-style dining room and a large eat-in kitchen, all complemented by a practical service bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (one has the possibility of having two single beds), each with its own private bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a vater and a bidet; in each room there is also a safety deposit box.
The attic, used as a relaxation area, has a terrace / solarium with a fantastic panoramic view of the Versilia coast.
Outside you will find a private car park with an entrance courtyard and then a private space of 3,000 square meters, consisting of a large patio equipped with a dining table, a sun umbrella and a small lounge and then a comfortable deck chair, a hammock and a large garden (with barbecue available to guests), which continues in an olive grove, up to the wood that extends as far as the eye can see.
The fortunate position of the farmhouse guarantees, even on the hottest summer days, to enjoy a favorable climate, ventilated and always cool, especially in the evening, when you can easily sleep without air conditioning.
The farmhouse is located in an area of absolute relaxation surrounded by nature. The garden lends itself to moments of meditation thanks to the peace and tranquility that the surrounding wood offers, the place helps to contact the most subtle energies of the mother earth.
