Borgo4case is a small, eco-friendly family estate consisting of two Tuscan farmhouses, completely renovated in decor and furnishings, equipped with every comfort, nestled in a 5,000-square-meter centuries-old olive grove, in a very quiet yet easily accessible location. Borgo4case can accommodate a total of 10 people.
The view of the Versilia hills and perfect sun exposure will offer you the opportunity to experience unforgettable moments of relaxation after returning from excursions in the Camaiore hills and the Apuan Alps park, just a few kilometers away. The chlorine-free saltwater pool, naturally purified by salt electrolysis and managed responsibly, is ideal for children. During spring and autumn, the pool is covered and gently heated thanks to the greenhouse effect of the roof.
CASA TORRETTA is an old stone house renovated with natural materials and restored antique or salvaged second-hand furniture. The light colors of the decorations bring light, and the old exposed wooden beams create a welcoming atmosphere. Guests have access to two double bedrooms, a study with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and an outdoor veranda.
CASA STALLETTA, originally a stable with a hayloft, has been completely renovated and can now accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms. The house has two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, a living room, two outdoor verandas with a dining table, and a relaxation area overlooking the pool.
The garden also features a holistic area equipped with a covered wooden platform for yoga, dance, and Pilates, and a natural theater among the cherry trees for events, music, and outdoor performances.
We have been caring for this peaceful corner of Camaiore since the 1990s. Year after year, with patience and great satisfaction, we have invested in the renovation and decoration of the houses to reduce their environmental impact, for maximum guest comfort, while preserving the original character of the local rustic houses.
We believe that environmental sustainability is important. Our concept of hospitality combines the best comfort with respect for the environment. We cultivate fruit trees and an ancient olive grove that provide us with numerous fruits, which we passionately use to make jams and a fragrant, vibrant extra virgin olive oil. We have a raised vegetable garden managed using the synergistic method and produce our own honey.
Borgo4case is the location you've been looking for to celebrate your intimate event surrounded by nature or to experience a special occasion with your loved ones. We'll support you in organizing your wedding with a warm, family-like welcome, but also with the professionalism of our expert and attentive staff. We'll help you organize unforgettable moments with the right atmosphere, from the welcome dinner, with activities and experiences during your stay, to the rehearsal dinner, the pre-wedding dinner. Our borgo can host events for up to 35 people outdoors by the pool in the shade of the olive trees, and a maximum of 10 people for overnight stays. The events are designed and organized according to seasonality and with respect for nature.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
At the time of booking, the tenant deposits 50% of the amount. By paying the advance, the tenant declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions present. The tenant pays the balance within one month before arrival. In case of cancellation by the tenant within two months of the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be returned, within one month before arrival the 50% of the deposit will be returned, less than a month before arrival will be withheld all the deposit, that is 50% of the total amount of the lease.

Non vedavamo l'ora di arrivare a Borgo4case e casa Torretta e all"arrivo la realtà da subito ha superato le nostre aspettative. Un luogo di assoluto relax in una casa di campagna arredata con molto gusto, attenzione ai dettagli nel rispetto dello stile, ed una piscina meravigliosa. Da qui abbiamo fatto delle bellissime passeggiate e raggiunto in un attimo il mare. Ringraziamo tanto Gaia, Lucio, Paola e nonna Lina per l"accoglienza e la piacevole compagnia.
