The Di Puccio family is pleased to welcome you into their home, since 1955 in an uncontaminated corner of rare beauty.
The Capo Sud hotel was built in its initial nucleus in 1955 by the Di Puccio family who still manages it today. Since then it has expanded and been renovated several times, but the welcome, which is intended to be reserved and friendly, has never changed. The hotel offers hospitality in forty rooms located in small villas (each of which occupies from 2 to 12 rooms) set in a park of more than 10,000 m2 which reaches up to our private beach.
These quiet houses are called: the Palm, the Eucalyptus, the Sun, the Aleatico, the Moon, the Pines, the Mimosas, the Nightingale, the Pittosporum, the Hedgehog and the Sea Sage; their name was suggested to us by their particular positions in the green Mediterranean scrub in which the hotel is immersed. Each room is surrounded by vegetation and has its own small balcony or dehors.
One of the features most appreciated by our guests is the proximity to the sea. From the terrace where breakfast is served, near the water lily pond, three paths start which, after a hundred metres, lead to the private beach and the swimming pool.
We are in a corner of great tranquility, right on the border of the Tuscan Archipelago Natural Park which promises clean sea and corners of uncontaminated nature.
Our geographical position, central to the main population centers of Elba, makes the "Southern Cape" an excellent starting point for those who also wish to visit these towns just a few minutes away by car: Capoliveri and its ancient village perched on the hill, Portoferraio with the Medici fortresses and Napoleon's villas and Porto Azzurro and Marina di Campo with their elegant shops.
For those who prefer to "forget" the car for the entire holiday, there is no shortage of opportunities to take beautiful walks in the surrounding area, such as along the Capo Stella promontory with the panorama of the Elban sea on both sides of the walk.
And finally, even those who choose absolute rest can still enjoy the beauty of the island sitting on a comfortable bench in the shade of a majestic eucalyptus or under the warm sun of Lacona, perhaps reading a book taken from the well-stocked library that the hotel offers to guests. its guests.
Our 4-legged friends are welcome during the low season when we can guarantee them comfortable and quiet accommodation. For 2024 the periods in which they are accepted are from 24/04 to 09/06 and from 14/09 to 20/10, without any supplement. Access permitted on the beach and inside the park; access not permitted in the pool area and in the areas where we serve meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

La posizione, la camera, l'accoglienza e i servizi molto molto bene. È stata una bella esperienza pratica anche con 2 bimbi piccoli per la fruibilità della spiaggia, della piscina e dell'idromassaggio adiacente. La ristorazione impeccabile sia per il Cino che per il servizio. Da consigliare.
