At the borders of the Alta Maremma, in the area called Costa degli Etruschi, in the province of Livorno at the foot of the historic center of Rosignano Marittimo, former hunting lodge of the Medici family in Florence
Ours is an old restored farmhouse, in which large rooms, as well as in the nearby and comfortable dependance, have been created rooms with bathroom, for two, three and four people, equipped with central heating, air conditioning and TV.
In the morning, from 8.00 to 10.00, a breakfast buffet will be served in the dining room. Among the salty, you will find cured meats of our production and locally produced cheeses. In the sweet part of the buffet, as well as yogurt, strawberry sauce and jams, you will find cakes, cereals, honey and fresh seasonal fruit etc. With us you can have a set menu or a la carte at our Biosteria
We eat all together and the dishes are prepared with products at 0 mt.
Guests have access to a large garden with swimming pool, large gazebo. The surroundings are characterized by a dense network of paths between olive groves, Mediterranean vegetation and the nearby river, and are ideal for trekking, walking and hiking, on foot, by bike or on horseback.
The sea is only 3 kilometers away.
We are also an equestrian center.
Our farm, which covers about 36 hectares, is entirely cultivated with organic products. For years we have also been equipped with a photovoltaic system to produce electricity used directly in the company. The main products collected are: wine, extra-virgin olive oil, cereals, fruit and vegetables. They are also bred animals of low court as rabbits, chickens, pigeons, which together with calves and pigs are the raw material of our kitchen.
