Inside the Maremma Natural Park, just 4 km from the sea, the Agriturismo is an oasis of peace and tranquility, a true corner of paradise for those who want to find contact with the most unspoiled nature. Awaken your senses: in the silence that surrounds you you can hear birdsong, see foxes, herds of fallow deer, wild boars, hares, pheasants, migratory birds; you can stroll smelling the scents of the countryside and caressing the wildflowers, picking and savoring wild fruits and herbs (asparagus, beets, blackberries, figs, mint, herbs). All this within walking distance of what you need: the sea can be reached by car, by shuttle bus or by bike path; the village of Alberese is less than 4 km away and you can find all the services and the visitor center of the Natural Park. Also nearby are equestrian centers, bicycle rental, canoe center. The farmhouse consists of 2 independent two-room apartments of 50 square meters. Each consists of a kitchen overlooking the large living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin, large furnished covered veranda, private enclosed garden with parking space. The apartments are new and carefully furnished in a rustic Tuscan style, with some antiques and hand-embroidered tapestries by the owners.
The Lucia Apartment, located on the north-west side of the Agriturismo, enjoys the view towards the entrance of the company, from which you can admire the work of the Butteri on horseback every day. Inside it consists of a large living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside, guests have at their disposal a large furnished veranda from which you can enjoy the view of a spectacular sunset over the row of pines leading to the sea. Private garden with parking space. Available to guests free of charge: bicycles, multilingual books, information material of the area, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. Our apartments offer maximum autonomy and independence, to enjoy a holiday in complete freedom.
The Bilocale Tiziana is located on the south-west side of the farmhouse, with a view towards the hills of the Maremma Park. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a large living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Outside it has a beautiful veranda from which you can enjoy the view of a splendid sunset, and a large private fenced garden with parking space. The furniture is typical of our countryside, including some family furniture and embroidered tapestries.
From the Grosseto station it is possible to reach our farmhouse on the cycle path. Another cycle path leads to the beach and to the town of Alberese. Inside the park, some cycle routes will lead you to discover its naturalistic beauties
For the well-being of body and mind in the company you can buy organic artisanal pasta of ancient wheat variety Cappelli, chickpea pasta, flour, essential oil and lavender water, as well as hand-made perfumers for cabinets.
