Immersed in the pine forest, the apartments are located in Principina a Mare, 500 m from the sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast of the Tuscan Maremma, and have a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery and surrounding hills. At guests' disposal a solarium terrace with deckchairs, a garden with a veranda with tables and chairs and a children's playground. There is also a hot tub and panoramic relaxation area.

The residence overlooks the Maremma Natural Park and in 20 minutes you can reach the park's visitor center by car, where guided trekking and mountain bike itineraries depart.
The beach of the huts, free and wild, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes through the pine forest populated with roe deer, fallow deer, foxes, wild boars and numerous birds, which you can easily see in the morning and at sunset from your terrace.
A network of cycle paths connects Principina a Mare to the other locations along the Tyrrhenian cycle path.
