Our family has been welcoming nature-loving travelers since 1986 to share our land even for a little while
Immersed in the pine forest, the apartments are located in Principina a Mare, 400 m from the sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast of the Tuscan Maremma, and have a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery and surrounding hills. Guests have access to a solarium terrace with deck chairs, a thousand square meter garden, equipped with a veranda with tables and chairs and a playground for children. There is also a hot tub and relaxation area.
The apartments are bright, with equipped kitchenette, dining area and living area with satellite TV. All rooms have a balcony terrace overlooking the greenery.
You can enjoy discounts at a nearby beach club and relax in the green of the pine forest.
The residence is immersed in the Maremma Natural Park and is a 10-minute drive from Marina di Grosseto and a 20-minute drive from the center of Grosseto.
