Tertulia Coliving offers you a unique combination of community life, work-life balance, and sustainable practices, all in a rural Tuscan village from the 1700s in the Mugello Apennines. We have created a stimulating environment for remote workers and creatives, where you will have cozy private rooms, common areas and coworking rooms, all surrounded by nature and the forest. You will participate in activities together with other residents, such as cooking, helping out on the farm, going to local events, making interesting international friendships for cultural exchange. At Tertulia we work for sustainability, from the regeneration of an agricultural landscape for the production of quality food to the conscious use of renewable resources. You will find an interesting balance between solitude and community, in a perfect place to develop your productivity, creativity and personal growth in harmony with nature.
Tertulia Coliving is located in a historic village from the 1700s, immersed in the Mugello forest, just above the town of Vicchio.
Imagine a normal morning routine...
From your room, you can easily reach the common areas by crossing the garden, all open spaces to the outside. Your day begins with a breath of fresh air and a gaze that gets lost in the horizon, immersed in the sounds of the forest. In a few steps, you find yourself in the kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite breakfast while meeting other colivers, exchanging smiles and sharing the first impressions of the day. From there, you can choose to start working immediately in the coworking space or in one of the outdoor stations, or take a short walk to stretch your legs. Alternatively, you could participate in a suggested yoga or meditation session to enrich your morning routine. The vegetable garden and surrounding land often need a helping hand, too. You might prefer to start the day with a healthy activity in nature, helping out on the farm.
Coliving and community
At Tertulia, you will experience meaningful connections with other people who, like you, have chosen to work remotely immersed in the forest. Once a week we organize a community meeting to share how we are, plan the week, organize evenings and events or propose activities for the weekend. In the evening we gather for a shared dinner, often welcoming friends from the local community. Exchanging ideas and perspectives, sharing and collaborating, laughing and joking, engaging in stimulating discussions, listening to music and dancing are part of the Tertulia culture.
We love meeting travelers who bring stories, new ideas and fresh inspirations. It is often in these convivial moments that ideas, projects and collaborations are born. Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment: 50% deposit of the total amount paid in advance via bank transfer. Balance due two days before arrival. For cancellations up to 30 days before check-in, the entire deposit will be usable as a bonus for a future reservation within 12 months. 10% penalty for cancellations between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 100% for cancellations over 15 days from check-in.
