B&B Antica Terrazza Pietramala
In the Alto Mugello, an ecofriendly B & B with breakfast based on organic products. The ideal starting point to discover the Alta Via dei Parchi, the Via degli Dei and Mugello Bike.
The Antica Terrazza Pietramala is a new B&B located in an old building that was once the "La Terrazza" hotel and restaurant, operating until the early 1900s.
The B&B occupies the first floor of the west wing of the Antico Albergo, easily identifiable from the outside by its exposed pietra serena stone walls. It faces the large villa of the Nobili Baldi delle Rose family (see the wild boar sign in the logo).
The entrance is located at No. 822 of the well-known SS65 della Futa road, which runs through the center of Pietramala, connecting it, at equal distances, to the cities of Florence and Bologna.
For guests, we offer two bedrooms: one double, one with two bunk beds, one sofa bed, one bathroom, one laundry room, one living room with fireplace and dining table, and one fully equipped kitchen. Outside, in front of the accommodation, there is a terrace with a large table and benches suitable for breakfast, snacks, and reading. Next to the terrace is a lawned garden, a vegetable garden with organic vegetables, and medicinal herbs.
Delicious breakfasts can be prepared by us with local organic products and homemade cakes, with special attention to the needs of athletes. Upon request, we offer organic products from our own farms and from small local partners.
The Antica Terrazza Pietramala is located in the village and at the center of a dense network of hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and cycling trails, as well as snowshoeing and backcountry skiing.
The most popular trails near us are the Sentiero Italia, the Via Degli Dei, the Alta Via Dei Parchi, the Alte Vie di Firenzuola AVF100, and Mugello Bike. There are many others equally enjoyable, all easily accessible in just a few minutes:

In the village of Pietramala, just 50 meters from the B&B, there is a SITA bus stop to/from Florence and a TPER bus stop to/from Bologna, and the Osteria del Vento restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional Mugello cuisine.

Hallo zusammen,
hier darf man sich definitiv nicht auf die Beschreibung verlassen... Die Unterkunft ist zwar schön und wohl recht neu aber im Prinzip halt eine Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten Glück, daß außer uns niemand hier war. Das großartig angepriesene Frühstück mussten wir uns selbst zubereiten. Es stand zwar alles im Kühlschrank bereit aber von wegen und nachhaltig... Alles abgepackt, außer einem Alibi Müsli und Studentenfutter im Glas.
Alles in allem definitiv nicht den überteuerten Preis wert.
