We are in one of the oldest villages in Roero, dominated by the magnificent Monticello Castle. The Langhe open up to us on a horizon just 15 minutes away by car.
4 large studio apartments are the starting point for a network of trails of about 200 km for excursions by bike or on foot. Download the free GPS!

To take advantage of the exclusive* in the Spa, you must book at least one day in advance, selecting the 3 hours from these time slots:
From 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm
From 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm
From 9.00 pm to 12.00 am
*exclusive for 3 consecutive hours, every day of the week, subject to availability, by reservation only.
The wellness center can also be booked by guests who are not staying in our apartments.
Children are welcome! They will have a playground in the courtyard all for them and in safety because the courtyard is in fact closed by an automatic gate.
Cars can be parked in the courtyard or in a tiled garage. The electric ones are recharged in the garage itself: we have 2 sockets of 7.4kW each
The Roero is a labyrinth of hills, partly still wild, shaped by nature in an extraordinary way. They are the famous Rocche del Roero, characterized by deep gorges and picturesque ravines that were below sea level millions of years ago. The names, colors and furnishings evoke a significant aspect of the territory.
The Roero is still rich in marine fossils such as fish, plants and shells: small treasures that anyone can find by walking along the numerous paths. The nearby Langhe offer endless landscapes of vineyards.
At 300 meters you can visit the private castle that welcomes you from our terrace with guided tours, even on foot through Monticello, at 30 meters you will find the magnificent contemporary work of the artist Valerio Berruti, inaugurated in the spring of 2019.
Since 2019 we have had the Green Key certification n.IT0084 -GK09011, which rewards our environmental commitment:
- Latest generation heating and air conditioning with very high efficiency, powered by zero km biomass.
- Anti-waste system to block air conditioning and heating by opening doors and windows.
- "Solar thermal" energy exchange panels for the production of hot water in the heating and sanitary circuit.
- Full LED lighting with timed light in common areas such as stairs and garage.
- Rainwater collection to be used in the toilet, in the plants and in the garden.
- Wall box for electric cars in the garage (2 sockets of 7.4 kW each). Rental and charging also electric bikes.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 26 al ottobre. Irene ci ha accolto con entusiasmo spiegandomci la storia di questo bellissimo borgo e i luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Qui tutto è rigorosamente eco e gestito con molta cura, nel pieno rispetto della natura. La struttura dispone di posto auto all'interno del cortile, piscina, camere molto pulite e spaziose, aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La colazione è ottima e ricca, adatta ad ogni esigenza. La SPA ad uso esclusivo è veramente una 'chicca'! Ideale per concedersi 3 ore di completo relax e di coccole . Ci sono a disposizione dolcetti, frutta e tisane bio, cioccolatini, succhi e spumante del luogo. Siamo stati benissimo, tutto perfetto! Complimenti a Irene e Roberto!!

La posizione della struttura è veramente bella. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. L'appartamento dotato di ogni confort, pulito e molto comodo (cucinino attrezzato). I prodotti per la colazione, seppur confezionati, di ottima qualità. La spa, piccola ma accogliente, regala tre ore di puro relax. Una struttura da provare in ogni stagione. Quindi ci torneremo!

La camera molto spaziosa e comoda, l'accoglienza di Irene e l'ospitalità ottime, la sua passione per il territorio è evidente e utilissima la mail che manda con tanti consigli per dove andare, ristoranti, cantine, ecc.
Splendida la Spa privata esclusiva.
Una grande attenzione all'ambiente, dal recupero delle acque piovane alla caldaia con i gusci delle nocciole.
Consigliato, anche per la posizione strategica fra Alba e Bra.

Splendida accoglienza da parte di Irene. Il luogo è incantevole, gestito con amore e professionalità. La vista sul paesaggio è mozzafiato! Letto comodissimo, prodotti naturali e bio, arredamento con oggetti antichi, riscaldamento a zero emissioni. Ci sono anche una spa e un garage con la possibilità di caricare l'auto elettrica. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
