A tree house in the Bocchineri Estate, surrounded by greenery, woods, organic farming and eco-tourism trails, a few kilometers from the center of Rogliano (Cosenza).
The accommodation is equipped with: electric air heating/cooling, a coffee machine, bed linens and towels, soap and toilet paper, a flat-screen TV, hot water, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, shampoo and other toiletries, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and a carbon monoxide detector.
The rental does not include food or breakfast, but guests will find a small welcome gift (coffee capsules, packaged croissants) upon arrival. Furthermore, just a few kilometers from the estate, there are agritourisms/restaurants/pizzerias offering traditional menus and excellent value.
Guests can freely use the property's outdoor areas (approximately 3 hectares), which include 16 points of recognized tourist and cultural interest (a rural museum, a deer visitor center, a monumental tree, a picnic area near the cottage, free indoor parking, Wi-Fi, etc.).
WHAT TO SEE IN ROGLIANO AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
Rogliano is known as "the village of thirteen churches." Just a few kilometers away are the Cannavino Waterfall, the MAB Cosenza (Bilotti Open-Air Museum), the Ponte di Sant'Angelo (also known as Annibale Bridge) (the oldest in Italy, dating back to the 2nd century BC), and the Sanctuary of Santa Liberata.
FOR CHILDREN: About 500 meters from the estate is a large urban park with a children's play area, lawns, and a square.
Lovers are encouraged to bring a padlock to leave on the lovers' bridge.
The "Estate" Located 3 km from the Rogliano A2 motorway junction, "Bocchineri" is about a 50-minute drive from the Sila National Parks (a treasure trove of biodiversity), where you can breathe some of the cleanest air in Europe and where you'll find the renowned towns of Lorica and Camigliatello and the famous "Giants of Sila" trees. The beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea are a 40-minute drive away. Tropea, a 2021 BORGO DEI BORGHI (Best Village of the Year), is about an hour's drive away.
Tourist tax not applicable. Pets are not allowed.

Servizio ottimo, accoglienza perfetta da parte del proprietario e del suo staff. La casetta è deliziosa, rifugio ideale per due giorni di relax. Abbiamo potuto godere a pieno della tenuta.

una delle piu' belle esperienze in assoluto...soprattutto per i bimbi ma anche per noi adulti che ogni tanto non ci fa male tornar a sognare come loro...il proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo...colazione super super...ci torneremo sicuramente in primavera...due giorni immersi nella natura...
