We are a certified organic farm. An important life choice that we love to share with our guests. We produce extra virgin organic olive and an excellent organic honey and vegetables in our organic garden.
Podere the Planes is a farm near Florence immersed in the Tuscan countryside, an old restored farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees and cypresses.
It 'a farm three ears, according to the official recognition of the Tuscany Region. Inside the Park of Monte Giovi, not far from Florence, it is the ideal place to enjoy maximum peace and relax in nature.

Our farm is a certified organic farm: we produce various organic products, including excellent honey that won second place in the competition Honeys of Tuscany (with a score of 96.8! The winner got a score of 97), the 'extra virgin olive oil, wine and fruit.
You can taste these delicious natural products, used by Gabriella in the preparation of its dishes, respecting the seasonality of raw materials, or you can also buy them and take them home with you.
The philosophy of our cuisine is the menu km zero, try to use only local products or our or local farms.
