Le Piracante is an integrated project of extra-agricultural activities in a rural area.
It includes a B&B, a craft workshop and other activities aimed at promoting the area and local well-being.
We are located in the middle of the Medio Volturno Valley, 3 km from the center of Caiazzo, on the splendid Caiatina hills, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and hay fields. Our house in the countryside, a former abandoned farm that we have renovated, is made up of a main farmhouse, where the ground floor houses our Bed & Breakfast, two former stables and then green spaces for walking and relaxing. We offer a breakfast based on typical local and 0 km products, coming from local farms.
Our B&B activity consists of a suite consisting of a double bedroom with private bathroom and an adjacent bedroom with a single bed
Regarding the internal spaces, our guests can use, in addition to the private space, a lounge and a living room, to have breakfast or entertain.
Prices and offers, unless otherwise specified, always refer to the occupancy of the double room with bathroom, for two people.
We are about 20 minutes from the Royal Palace of Caserta and the motorway, 30/45 minutes from Naples. Our location is also about half an hour from the Matese Park and about an hour and a half from Miralago, in the Matese mountains, which offers countless possibilities for excursions, sports and guided tours. Furthermore, it is also possible to reach the Compano Apennines in a short time, in particular we suggest visiting Monte Taburno and the Benevento area below.
We also offer a series of activities related to craftsmanship and creativity, learning experiences with meetings, short courses and thematic workshops, also in collaboration with local artists.
Occasionally we organize experiences related to typical products, herb harvesting, sport and culture, but we can organize visits to some local companies exclusively for our guests.
Our property offers parking, possibility to participate in guided excursions.
From our property it is also possible to enjoy pleasant walks in the surrounding area, admiring the surrounding landscape, perhaps with a pair of Nordic walking poles.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
The reservation is valid at the time of booking, with free cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, without prejudice to any promotional, non-refundable rates, special offers etc. The payment of the deposit, when applicable, can be made via bank transfer or by card (debit or credit). The final payment for the stay is made upon arrival or at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted for payments - In case of non-presence of the guest on the scheduled date and time without notice (no show) the entire sum of the stay will be withheld as a refund – In case of cancellation during the stay by the guest or in case of early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be retained. Animals are not allowed, as we have three dogs and two cats and we have experienced that the inclusion of other 4-legged guests creates discomfort for our animals and guests. We are very sorry but it is the most respectful choice towards animals.
