"La Casina nel Bosco" is an oasis of peace and tranquility on the hills of the Garda hinterland, 3 km from the nearest town center (Gavardo) and only about ten kilometers from Lake Garda. It is a residence but it is above all an experience in different seasons, whether you are alone, with your family, with your pets. The house is in a truly unique position: it is immersed in a centenary wood, in front of a large meadow that is filled with flowers in spring and in a well-connected but at the same time very quiet and secluded position. Staying here means being fully immersed in nature and feeling fully part of it. It represents the ideal accommodation for those who want to take an outdoor vacation away from the hectic life and is perfect for those who want to do a bit of "digital detox" (there is no wi-fi or television). There are no noises except those of animals and the wind in the trees. During the end of the year holidays it is ideal for those with pets and want to stay away from the din of the barrels.
To be in harmony with nature as much as possible, we try to reduce our impact on the environment: the water used is rainwater that is collected, treated and is available for various uses (for the kitchen you will still have bottles available in glass of drinking water). We also provide guests with containers for separate collection, we compost organic waste and we have eliminated single-dose and disposable plastic and where possible we use reusable containers. We only use environmentally friendly cleaning agents for cleaning.
The internal environment of the Casina was completely renovated at the end of 2019. The surface of the house is about 30 square meters on two floors with an external staircase: on the first floor there is the living area, a small complete bathroom and a bedroom. bedroom while on the ground floor, in addition to an area where you can eat indoors, there are another full bathroom and a closet. To keep warm there is a large wood stove (and there is no lack of wood!). There are four beds (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed). The bathrooms have hot water. The kitchen has four burners and an oven. Outside there are deck chairs, chairs, a large table with benches and a wood-burning barbecue that makes it possible to have wonderful grilled outdoors.
