The original structure, a typical Brescian farmhouse, dates back to the early 1900s.
It was bought by the family after it had suffered a fire and renovated several times over time.
Last year with the arrangement of three apartments on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 4 adults each and with the possibility of adding a cot.
The apartments are: "Senatore Cappelli", "Belgrano" and "Gentil rosso".
Arrived at the gate of the Bio Foresteria, and after a short stretch on the avenue, on the left you will find 7 covered parking spaces and a little further on the structure.
Surrounded by greenery and surrounded by olive trees, the facade kissed by the morning sun and late afternoon will give you the opportunity to tan in complete relaxation.
In front of each apartment there is a small reserved area with a table and umbrella to enjoy your meals in the open air.
When you are tired of the sun, at the back of the house you can sit in the shade of the olive trees and read a good book.
Leaving the gate, on foot or by bike following the sidewalks, you can easily reach the beach no more than 500 meters, or the nearby village of Pieve Vecchia.
Here you can visit the oldest church in Valtenesi, also known as the Parish Church, as the seat of the baptismal font, and to which all the churches in the area were based.
In the village you can find places for recreation, pizzerias and restaurants, shops and tobacconists.
The long lake, which follows the entire beach, lends itself well to a romantic walk, with floor lighting and benches for parking.
On the horizon on the lake, as if to close the golf, here is Isola del Garda on the left and Isola dei Conigli on the right and a little further on the right, the promontory of Rocca di Manerba, with its illuminated cross at night the majestic towers over the lake and the natural park a little further on.
